GBP claim and full optimization. NAP audit across 50+ directories — every listing standardized to one number, one address. Fort Knox PCS landing page targeting military relocation searches. Elizabethtown city page for the largest underserved city in the service area. Missed-call text-back firing within 60 seconds with a move-inquiry prompt.
Outcome
Fort Knox PCS page ranking within 90 days. Every missed call responded to automatically. NAP consistency restored across the directory ecosystem, eliminating the split-signal problem that had suppressed Map Pack ranking.

91 five-star Google reviews earned over two years — none of them visible on the business website in any usable form. Zero structured data anywhere on the site.
What we built
Review showcase wired to the site — 91 reviews working as live proof instead of sitting invisible on Google. Contact form replaced with a real booking calendar. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured so the domain is no longer spoofable. Schema.org markup added site-wide. Conversion tracking wired from first click to booked job.
Outcome
Every prospect now sees 91 five-star reviews before they decide. The booking flow captures and qualifies leads without phone tag. Revenue attribution live from day one of the system.

A 75-year-old veteran-owned contracting firm doing heavy timber, stone, and iron work — with a broken Google Site as its only web presence and a Gmail address signaling side-hustle to commercial prospects. Every lead routed through the owner's personal phone. Every missed call while on a jobsite was a lost job. No estimates, contracts, deposits, or invoices automated. No reviews collected despite decades of work. No follow-up on past customers.
What we built
Six-stage customer journey built end to end: professional domain and email, new web presence, tracked phone number with 30-second auto-response in the owner's voice, CRM pipeline with push notifications, automated estimate and invoice flow, Google review request after every completed job, and a past-customer reactivation sequence.
